The subjects of this study were 90 persons out of 256 persons who were the members of the association of the dental technicians in Kyungi-Ki, Oct 1999.
The object was to grasp contents about the improvement of life long educations and the results were as follows
1. As for the system of life long educations, the rate of unsatisfaction appeared higher than that of satisfaction in the order of the attending rate, evaluation marks and the contents of the education. 2. The problems about the marks were substitute attendances, 6 marks at the overall academic contests, legal handlings when not completed the marks, lacks of opportunity for the recompletion at branch and the time of delivery of the marks card.

3. In the frequency of the education, which related to the attending rate, the subjects preferred the present frequency and being held at the first or second weekend.
4. The contents of the education seemed to be easy and theoretical, and they preferred three hours´ major and an hour´s cultural subjects, and two dentists, one member and one professor for the instructors, and they agreed to the necessity of displaying the tools, machines or materials.
5. About the helding places, they preferred the anditoriums of concerned colleges, hotels, and the anditoriums of general hospitals.
6. At last, they wanted to constitute division meetings held once or twice a year, and hoped marks be given when they attend the meetings.
